Jayne has extensive experience of coaching, both team and individual, within complex global organisations as well as SMEs. Coaching across all levels of seniority and various disciplines/functions, key clients include media companies such as Discovery Networks Europe, 20th Century Fox, The Walt Disney Company, Chello Media and BBC Worldwide. Jayne also has experience of coaching in other industry sectors such as Retail, Financial Services, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals and Construction. Having worked with many different nationalities based in a number of countries, Jayne has proved that she is quickly able to build strong rapport and trust with clients. With future focus and flexibility of approach, Jayne is able to support where either long term change or immediate results are required.
She has coached individuals in a number of areas including Leadership Development, Transition Management, Career Planning, Cross Cultural Appreciation, Matrix Management, Relationship Management and Managing Change.
Jayne more recently held senior pan European HR positions for global media organisations Sony Pictures Corporation Ltd, The Walt Disney Company Ltd and Discovery Networks Europe where she has been used to high growth, fast paced business environments. Jayne started her career in banking and then spent 5 years in retail working for Marks & Spencer PLC where she held a managerial position in the Finance group as well as a senior role in Export Sales.
As well as holding extensive coaching qualifications, Jayne is accredited to deliver ESCI (Emotional and Social Competency Inventory) profiling and is an Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner.
