Lainey specialises in supporting businesses to improve their organisational effectiveness and performance through team and leadership development initiatives and one to one coaching. She has a wealth of international knowledge and experience of individual and team development.

With experience in Retail, Media, Leisure and Technology sectors both in a corporate capacity and as a consultant, Lainey has had extensive insight into a wide range of business cultures and diverse employee populations.

Lainey’s career began with Marks and Spencer where she worked as HR Manager in various stores within the UK.  She subsequently became Head of HR for before moving to The Walt Disney Company Limited, operating as HR Director at a pan European level. Since then, Lainey has worked with The NEC Group, Discovery Channel, Westfield, Expedia, Xn Leisure, Johnson & Johnson, Chellomedia, City and Guilds, Bard, Channel 4, The Arcadia Group, TOTAL UK and Deutsche Bank.

Lainey is an accredited coach through the Henley Management College and also a CIPD graduate. Lainey is accredited in Emotional and Social Competency Intelligence ( ESCI ) 360 feedback, and a Myers Briggs Type Indicator ( MBTI ) qualified practitioner.

She has a warm, positive and practical approach, one of her greatest strengths is building rapport and she is quickly able to put people at their ease and create a safe and productive learning environment.
