Privacy Policy

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which comes in force on 25th May 2018, brings with it a requirement to keep individuals informed about how their data is collected, stored, processed and generally protected.

This is the Privacy Notice of Zomi Communications Ltd, incorporating The Gravitas Programme. It includes specific information about our data protection compliance notice and our website compliance notice. In this document, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Zomi Communications Ltd. It serves to inform our clients, contacts and contractors (“contacts”).

Copyright of all The Gravitas Programme materials, including training and coaching resources and promotional materials such as blogs and websites remains the property of Zomi Communications Ltd.


Once a contract has been agreed, the signature of the Client in the ‘Client Approval’ section of the Contract and/or written confirmation by email indicate approval and act as a commitment to honouring the Terms and Conditions.


The cost for the training or coaching programme or course will be agreed at the outset and will specify the number and duration of all sessions included. Diagnostic tools will be agreed upfront and included in the fee. The use and cost of any additional diagnostic tools will be mutually agreed during the programme. Travel and print expenses will be billed at cost. Fees are subject to VAT.


Zomi Communications Ltd will request that a Project Approval Form is signed to confirm the budget, scope and terms before any work can commence. A Purchase Order Number will then be requested which will need to be received before the work starts. Invoices are due in advance or within 14 days of invoice.


The location of training workshops and coaching sessions will be agreed in advance between Zomi Communications Ltd and the Client and may take place at the Client’s offices or at a convenient venue as agreed by all parties. All venue and refreshment costs will be covered by the Client unless otherwise agreed.

Postponement and Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations should be made by telephone and confirmed in writing. In the event of the training or coaching sessions being cancelled, 75% of the cost will be due if the cancellation occurs 14 days or less from the date booked plus all costs incurred to date. 100% will be due if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours. In the event of the Client requesting a change to the agreed date and time we will do our best to accommodate. However, we are unable to accept a request for a date change with less than 14 days notice. This will be classed as cancellation, and the above fees will apply.

Contractual Obligation

Trainers, coaches and consultants are provided by Zomi Communications on the understanding that you will not during any assignment or thereafter for a period of one year offer employment directly to such consultants or solicit their services by any other company, organisation or individual with which you are connected.
